Big Mexico Whipper on El Sendero Luminoso

Noah Kane takes a big fall on El Sendero Luminoso (The Shining Path), one of Potrero Chico’s most famous routes.

Visible from miles away when looking southwest toward the canyon, it traces a stunning ribbon of clean rock from the ground to a prominent pinnacle just below El Toro’s true summit.

Over 15 pitches it covers a huge amount of vertical terrain with remarkably little vegetation or loose rock, offering consistently high-quality climbing. This is the area’s king line.
