Ride or Die! El Toro Tre Flip by Chris Joslin

Every once in a while there is a moment of such magnitude that the entire skateboarding universe takes notice. Chris Joslin’s tre flip is an incredible feat, but the battle is why we’ll talk about it for years to come.
Joslin first tried to tre flip the legendary drop in 2023. He came heartbreakingly close, but fate stepped in when his truck snapped mid-session, shutting things down before he could ride away. That near-miss became part of skateboarding lore, fueling years of speculation about whether he’d ever return to settle the score.
Fast forward to 2025: surrounded by friends, family, and a crew of heavy hitters, Joslin rolled back into El Toro. This time, there would be no interruptions. With Atiba Jefferson behind the fisheye lens, he put down the iconic trick in what someone close to the session claimed was just five tries.
The result? Pure history. Not only is the tre flip one of the most technically demanding tricks you could throw down a set of that size, but doing it at El Toro cements Joslin even further as one of the gnarliest to ever step on a skateboard.
